I place the oreder with free shipping but I am in a country which requires customs duty. How can I deal with this?
In consideration of our customers' benefit, we will try our best to help customers to reduce customs duty value. However, customs duty is out of our control, customer have to afford the duty once it happens. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

"How Long Will It Take To Delivery?"
Total delivery time is composed of two parts.
The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them.
The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Air Parcel Register(shipping normally takes 7-15 days), Standard Shipping Service (shipping normally takes 5-10 days, and United Parcel Service( it usually takes 2-3 business days). Processing takes 1-2 days normally.

Because the international shipping fee is very high and most of pictures on martEnvy.com are taken by ourself with real products.So we do not give full refund for returns without quality problems,like "not like the picture ","not as imagining" or just "not satisfied".
We will reduce the shipping fee from the order total amount, and charge you 15% restocking fee that means a partial refund.
martEnvy.com online shop do sell based on their excellent designs and proven reliability. So the quality is guaranteed. Also we have a QA team to test your ordered products are functioning correctly before packed and sent to you. But you do need to confirm your dress size carefully before buying (a size measurement will be show below each items).
